Experience / Training

Qualification:

Extensive knowledge in Protection particularly in protection mainstreaming, Gender Based Violence prevention and response programming, Child protection prevention and response programming

Experience in developing protection mainstreaming action plan for deployment on the field and at HQ level

At ease with distance work and good communication

Fluent in English and/or French

Computer literate

Please note that candidates can position themselves on one or more of the following topics (some of the topics below can be combined into one if well justified):

1. Hunger and protection
2. Integrated multi-sectorial approaches to protection;
3. Child protection for young children, especially children under 5;
4. Child Neglect;
5. Family strengthening and caregivers well-being including caregivers subjected to violence;
6. Prevention and response to violence including SGBV and access to SHRH services;
7. MHPSS and protection

Estimated days for the consultancy: 30 days for the complete package. The estimated days for the consultancy must be proportionate to the number of topics chosen.
