Experience / Training
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in statistics, social sciences, rural development or another relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a MEAL role or relevant experience in the NGO sector
- Knowledge of social research methodologies and techniques
Skills and competencies:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Basic documentation skills, able to draft and critically review project documents
- Pleasant personality, good communication skills, ability to coordinate with wide range of stakeholders and dealing with people at different levels of organisation
- Able to travel frequently to project areas
- Strong computer skills, including with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- High initiative, determined, detail oriented
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates accountability for outputs and ability to meet deadlines.
