Job Duties
- Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
- Take the lead in development and implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation plans for the USAID-Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, World Food Program, and Samaritan’s Purse internal awards projects in former Orientale (Bas Uele, Haut Uele, Ituri and Tshopo) and North Kivu provinces.
- Facilitate Program managers to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data for comparison against program goals and objectives.
- Review program achievements against indicator targets with a view to strengthening reporting and decision making.
- Organize training to build staff capacity on data collection, data management, data analysis, and report-writing techniques to ensure compliance with donor standards.
- Lead analysis of collected data using accepted international tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
- Bachelor’s degree in development related field preferable, Economics and Statistics with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of humanitarian emergency (Agriculture & Food Security, Food Assistance, WASH, NFIs, Protection and Health & Nutrition) projects or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient knowledge of project cycle management (PCM), M&E systems design and management.
- Demonstrated ability in Data Collection, Data Management and Analysis.
- Solid experience in program delivery and support in complex humanitarian emergency settings.
- Strong ability to work with and relate to diverse personality types, to practice relational and ideological tolerance, and to contribute to a positive organizational culture.
