The Program
Australia Awards Laos is managed by Tetra Tech International Development on behalf of the Australian Government through the Laos Australia Institute (LAI).

The Person
Together with your demonstrated ability in assessing recruitment, selection, assessment and/or tendering processes of candidates performance from written content and your skills and experience in education assessment (tertiary level), you will display strong experience moderating differing opinions and achieving mutual consensus.
Additionally, you will display the ability to work objectively and neutrally within a team environment and demonstrate experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines while maintaining positive and effective working relationships.
Previous experience working in Laos, and or, in a developing country is highly desirable. An understanding of the Australian and Load higher education system will ensure success in this position.
Applicants must be either a native English speaker or have advanced English skills of approximately IELTS Score of 7.5 (equivalent) to effectively undertake the task.
