UNDP is looking for 01 National Consultant for supporting operation of the Office of the National Steering Committee on the implementation of the Strategy on sustainable development of Vietnam’s.
The goal of this service is to provide support to the Office of the NSC for executing its functions and duties, mostly focusing on developing documentations, planning/attending meetings/workshops and taking part in monitoring and evaluation fieldwork and reporting.
The National Consultant will undertake the following main tasks:
- Drafting standard operating procedure for the Office of the NSC. Planning NSC, ministerial, departmental meetings and preparing relevant documents.
- Provide comments to the draft Blue Economy Study, participate and support the organization of the consultation workshop held by UNDP and VASI on November 2021 in Hanoi (half day workshop); provide critical review after the workshop for finalization of the Blue Economy Report, which will be published at the International Conference held by MONRE, UNDP and Norway.
- Review and assessment of the implementation of the Decision 26/NQ-CP Plan for Implementation of the Decree 36/NQ-TW in the new context of COVID-19 and provide recommendation for revision (if needed);
- Supporting the development of a National Communication Programme on seas and oceans stewardship (roles of seas and oceans; coastal and marine environment and natural resources; sustainable development of marine economy).
- Preparing 2021 annual report on the implementation of the Resolution 26/NQ-CP (to be submitted to the PM).
