UNODC is looking for 01 National Consultant to develop a guideline on implementation of national legislation & mutual legal assistance on confiscation and recovery of criminal proceeds.
Under the overall supervision of the Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Officer of UNODC ROSEAP, the contractor will be responsible for developing and finalising the “Guideline on implementation of national legislation & mutual legal assistance on confiscation and recovery of criminal proceeds”.
Under overall guidance and supervision of the Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Officer of UNODC ROSEAP, the contractor will:
- Develop the guideline on implementation of national legislation & mutual legal assistance on confiscation and recovery of criminal proceeds
- Collecting feedbacks on the draft guidelines from law enforcement and national and experts.
- Attend working group meetings in Ha Noi and join the discussions.
- Review the comments from the working group and reflect them into the revision of the drafts accordingly.
- Finalise the guideline on implementation of national legislation & mutual legal assistance on confiscation and recovery of criminal proceeds.
