The consultant will support UNICEF and its partners for updating and implementing M&E systems, timely and effective reporting and monitoring that lead to improved program quality, accountability and reporting and system building for effective implementation of EPR,DRR and CEE programme.
How can you make a difference?
The major tasks of the consultant are;
The Information Management, Documentation and Reporting consultant will provide technical assistance to the Local Level Coordination Section, Federal Affairs Division of Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration to achieve the following tasks:
Duration of the contract:
The total duration of the consultancy is 11 months tentatively starting from 15 February 2021.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

Masters’ degree in Social science, Disaster Risk Management or relevant field.
- Work Experience: Minimum five years’ experience required on information management, monitoring and reporting.

Should have sound knowledge on data analysis, and information management.• Experience in gathering qualitative data/information , analysis and reporting• Excellent communication , analytical and writing skills,• Experience working in emergencies, and working with the cluster system.• Prior UNICEF and UN experience will be preferred

Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual contract will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures, and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
