How can you make a difference?
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
-
At least Master’s degree or its equivalent level in public finance, economics or related field;
-
Experience and knowledge of social and child protection sectors;
-
Previous experience in conducting results-based budgeting trainings and budget analyses in BiH is obligatory;
-
Proven knowledge of public finance statistics, management and budgeting process in BiH;
-
Familiarity with the child rights agenda and ability to embed the children’s agenda into PFM a distinct advantage;
-
Fluency in English and local languages is an essential requirement.
