National Individual Consultant to deliver results-based budgeting trainings and to conduct analysis of selected local budgets with focus on social sectors, (Oct 2021-Mar 2022, 75 working days) (for BIH nationals only)

How can you make a difference?

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:

• At least Master’s degree or its equivalent level in public finance, economics or related field; 
• Experience and knowledge of social and child protection sectors; 
• Previous experience in conducting results-based budgeting trainings and budget analyses in BiH is obligatory; 
• Proven knowledge of public finance statistics, management and budgeting process in BiH; 
• Familiarity with the child rights agenda and ability to embed the children’s agenda into PFM a distinct advantage; 
• Fluency in English and local languages is an essential requirement.
