Nurses in our projects are not only concerned with nursing care in the various hospital departments and / or health centers, but also with more specific activities such as the management of hospital hygiene, sterilization, the pharmacy, or nutritional emergencies or vaccination campaigns.
NURSING SPECIALIZATIONS LOOKED FOR:
ER / ICU; PED; HIV / TB; IPC; OT
Responsibility
- Planning and organization of activities related to nursing care (wards, clinics, maternity, nutrition)
- Implementation of MSF protocols and procedures, checking that their team follows the same standards, in order to guarantee a good quality of assistance
- In close coordination with the human resources area, responsibility of the local nursing staff: recruitment, training, evaluation, development
- Pharmacy management

Essential requirements
-
Degree in nursing
-
At least two years of recent work experience in the sector

Knowledge of English and French – B1
-
Availability for 9-12 months
-
Tropical medicine course recognized by the troped circuit or significant work experience in countries with limited resources
Preferential requirements

Experience in pediatrics or neonatology
-
TB and HIV / AIDS experience

Intensive care and first aid experience

Supervision and teaching experience

COVID-19 Experience
