We seek a Professional and Organizational Development Director for the upcoming U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Global Health Training, Advisory, and Support Contract (GHTASC). The purpose of the contract is to promote effective global health programming and advance the mission of the USAID Bureau for Global Health (GH) through workforce development and institutional support services.

Note: This position is contingent on contract award.

The Professional and Organizational Development Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of Workforce Development, Professional Development, and Organizational Development services to include Bureau-wide tracking of existing skillsets, coordinating individual learning and professional development opportunities, and supporting the overall Bureau’s strategic workforce planning and management goals.

  • A graduate degree in health, management, or another relevant field.
  • Ten years of relevant full-time professional experience
  • Experience in senior management of U.S. Government contracts of similar complexity to GHTASC.
  • Well-versed in USAID and USG regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Prior experience with USAID Global Health programs is highly desirable.
