Plan International invites highly competent, experienced, and committed professionals to fill the following position:

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGER

This position is responsible for leading Plan Philippines in securing the resources required to operationalize Plan Philippines’ Country Strategic Plan (CSP). In addition, the role ensures that the development and execution of partnership agreements and contracts relating to grant-funded programs/projects are consistent with donor contracts and donor compliance requirements. She/he supports and manages work unit personnel and provides oversight to the day-to-day function of the work unit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • At least five years’ work experience in the development sector, specific to program development, resource mobilization, and grants management.
  • Has relevant knowledge of and experience in working with corporate, bilateral and multilateral donors
  • Has substantial experience with the NGO/development sector with knowledge of gender-transformative programming
  • Proficiency in business planning, project/program development, budgeting, and reporting with various donors.
  • Experience in working with children and communities on child-rights and gender-transformative program and projects
  • Fluency in Filipino and English (written and spoken).
  • Able to travel and work within the country. The role may be required to coordinate with several program areas within the Philippines.
