Qualifications

The Program Manager must be fluent in French and have excellent relationship and communication skills. He must be able to work independently and have a strong commitment to excellence.

• Master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in a demanding private sector or public health environment, such as strategy consulting or management of complex technical projects, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership
• Strong skills in management and a passion for coaching and supporting the development of team members.
• Past experiences in health financing, public or private finance, or strategy consulting.
• Excellent relationship management skills, including experience in developing and managing government relations
• Self-taught with proven experience in launching new projects or initiatives and a strong analytical mind
• Strong ability to build consensus among diverse multi-stakeholder groups
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in remote environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, to be effective and thoughtful in high pressure situations
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills, especially with regards to time management and project management
• Strong quantitative, presentation and writing skills, including a good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• A strong work ethic, humility, integrity and dedication to the mission of the CHAI
• Fluency in French required

 

Salary

 

Salary will be discussed during the first interview.
