Exercises initiative in seeking out information to complete files or tasks. Requires a general knowledge of established guidelines. Please note that this is an entry-level position where the primary tasks are administrative and clerical. Physical tasks may include transferring / delivering files, filing, packaging applications, and organizing shelving. Essential qualifications: Candidates will initially be screened against the Essential Qualifications relating to education, experience and language.
