Proposal Quality Assurance Expert Required!

We, AAN Associates is currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance experts to assess quality of the proposals. In this position, you must have a keen eye for detail, excellent proposal writing development and simultaneously quality assurance communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are must.

Responsibilities:

1. Completely review the key technical sections of proposal, provided by the team.

2. Provide guidance and expand the content further with additional literature where deemed necessary.

3. Make amends to the technical / non-technical content (in track changes) where deemed necessary. Similarly add/subtract the content from the document by leveraging expertise & experience to establish absolute coherence with the TOR requirements.

4. Comment and edit where required and provide a feedback for further improving the quality of the document.

5. Review the proposal assessment criteria from ToRs, consistency check and highlight gaps.

6. Add value by incorporating client perspective to the proposal.

7. Any other thing required to improve the key section or as per instructed by the Project Development team.

Qualifications Required:

· Master’s degree in social and management sciences

· Proven working experience in the same capacity with proposal development and quality assurance expertise

· Thorough knowledge for proposals quality assurance and standards

· Significant work history showing aptitude for proposal development and QA methodology

· Working experience with International donors, INGOs and UN agencies

· Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

· Great attention to detail and a result driven approach

· Proficiency in English is Mandatory
