**. The Organization Profile:**
Rebuilding & Development Organization, also known as “IMAAR”, is a non-profit, non-political and non-governmental civil society organization. “IMAAR” was established at the first quarter of 2016 by a group of Syrian Engineers, Economists and Lawyers residing in the countries of Syria, Turkey and others; in order to work mainly for Syria and the Syrian people.
“IMAAR” head office is located in Gaziantep, Turkey; in addition it has branch in the city of Daret Azza / Aleppo governorate. Generally, “IMAAR” is active in all Syrian regions; and particularly in the NW. It is also active in all Syria’s neighboring countries and the LEVANT area, in which the Syrians people are living.
“IMAAR” targeting its projects primarily to Syrians (residents, refugees and displaced persons) and host communities; in addition to all residents of the LEVANT area. It provides its services to anyone without regard to race, color, gender, religion or political orientation.
“IMAAR” works in the various humanitarian and development sectors within the following three core tracks:
1) Humanitarian & Relief Programs Track;
2) Stabilization Support & Recovery Programs Track;
3) Rebuilding & Development Programs Track.

Job Description:
The employee will be a sole responsible for all communications with the Turkish authorities / organizations such as all Valilik office, AFAD, Kizilay and others. The following are the main responsibilities of this job position:

Opening the communication channels with all Turkish authorities / organizations required to facilitate IMAAR works and implement its projects.

Supporting the CEO and other directors in the organization in translation and communications with Turkish persons

Managing all public relations of IMAAR’s Turkish visitors such as visa applications, hospitality, transportation, … etc.

Applying and follow-up for all license / permissions required to initiate IMAAR projects and activities.

Presenting IMAAR organization to Turkish authorities / organizations in a proper way.

Building a good and strategic relationships with Turkish authorities / organizations
-
Managing all communications and correspondences with Turkish authorities / organizations
-
Preparation and submitting all required report to the CEO and other departments.

Supporting the Financial Resources Affairs Department in communications with the assigned “Mali Muşaver”
-
Supporting the Administration Affairs Section in communications with all Turkish authorities / companies / organization such as Valilik office, hotels, restaurants, logistics companies, … etc to facilities their works.

Supporting the Human Resources Affairs department in communications with Turkish authorities such as Goç, SGK, İç idaresi, … etc to facilitate their works.

Supporting the Legal Section in communications with Turkish authorities such as Adliya, Mali idaresi , .. etc. to facilitate their works.

Supporting the Media and Creative Works employees in translation from/to Turkish language to facilitate their work.

Collect all laws / regulations and news related to the NGOs work field and share with the related department / person in the organization.

Supporting all IMAAR’s departments in the relations and communications with Turkish authorities / organizations and translation from/into Turkish language
Required Qualifications:
The candidate should have the following minimum qualifications:
- Education: bachelor degree holder in business administration, law, economy or similar

Experience: have 3 years experience in similar positions
-
Skills: have a communications, time management, reports writing, follow-up, building relationships, presentation, meetings management.

IT: familiar with the following software and applications: Asana, all MS office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Power PI), social media “LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram”

Familiar with the humanitarian operations field and the Syrian crisis context.
