Qualitative Survey Services
Duration : 6 months

USAID/Madagascar’s Sustainable Environment and Economic Development (SEED) Office manages the Conservation and Communities Project (CCP) activities (USAID Mikajy and USAID Hay Tao). To assess the project achievements and inform the follow-on activity design, SEED is seeking for qualitative survey services to carry out data collection and analysis in the Menabe region and MAMABAIE landscapes. The service provider will offer staffing and technical support with experience in qualitative surveys, including supporting survey design, implementation, and data analysis. The service provider can be a firm or a group of individual consultants.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The team leader must:
- Have a post graduate degree in social sciences or an applicable science field.
- Have at least 5 years senior level experience working in rural development programs in developing countries, including Madagascar.
- Have extensive experience in conducting qualitative evaluations/assessments and strong familiarity with the agriculture and environment sectors.
- Be proficient in English, French, and Malagasy.
