How can you make a difference?
The Private Sector Fundraising Section, UNICEF Thailand Country Office (TCO) is seeking an individual contractor to support the private sector fundraising team (individual giving, business and high value) and the communications team (volunteering and supporter engagement) to meet their objectives through the creation of supporter centric customer journeys. This role will build and deploy high quality data driven experiences and will be involved in the coordination, execution, monitoring, and optimization of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will be proficient in shaping and delivering audience first communication strategies across various owned and paid platforms with a particular emphasis on personalized email marketing.
Work Assignment:
During the contractual period, the consultant will be expected to work on the following assignments. However, there may be some circumstances that the consultant may be required to work on some ad hoc assignments related to the fundraising objective.

4. Act as a champion for email marketing, ensuring UNICEF Thailand follows email and marketing automation best practice

|
End Product(s): Weekly and monthly report detailing the key points, findings, and recommendation on all the work done, challenges and possible improvement during the contract period.
Duration of Contract: 11.5 months with possibility of extension (1 November 2021 – 15 September 2022) – Full-time basis according to UNICEF working hours.
Working Location and Official Travel: This role will mainly work in UNICEF Thailand Country Office. However, there may be some requirements for this consultant to in-country travel which UNICEF will be responsible for expenses.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, including working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio
- Proven track record in coordinating and executing Email marketing programs – Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred with special consideration for holding up to date Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Demonstrated ability to curate and produce content to support engagement and conversion objectives via email communications
- Understanding of Salesforce products integration, including Sales Cloud and Ad studio is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics with certification preferable
- Design editing skills as well as HTML5/CSS and JavaScript preferred
- Experience building profitable loyalty programs, using automation and dynamic data sets.
- Experience collecting data and providing insights for campaign optimization
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passionate and energetic team member with a genuine interest in working in the international aid and development sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Thai).
Preferred:
- Experience with other marketing technologies and analytics tools (i.e. PowerBI, Google, etc.)
- Having experience in SQL is desirable.
