In the role of Readiness Coordinator, International Disaster Response Unit (IDRU) you will be responsible for Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) employee support. Your role will be vital in that you will provide assistance in the placement of staff for specific deployments, work opportunities and implement deployment experience surveys. This is an important role and will have a great and positive impact on people’s lives. Job Duties
- Maintain a strong Christian witness and humble spirit to colleagues and all constituent groups.
- Supports the management of the Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) roster database both during and outside of a response.
- Serve on the Incident Management Team (IMT) and recommend Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) Staff for appropriate deployment opportunities, based on skill and ability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) members to answer inquiries, provide regular communication on responses and new initiatives, and ensure members are actively engaged and ready to respond at a moment’s notice.
- Work in partnership with management to review staff performance on deployment and work with Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) members to identify areas of growth.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of database/call center management.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
- General knowledge of customer service, ability to be courteous and provide great employee experience through phone and email.
- Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies strongly preferred.

Travel Expectations : This position requires infrequent travel, less than 5%.
