We are currently seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Refugee & Immigrant Services team. This position will provide monitoring and evaluation of resettlement services, including providing training and guidance to Resettlement staff on program documentation and reporting requirements. This position will work closely with the Resettlement Program Manager and other program staff to ensure newly arrived refugees receive coordinated, quality services that are in compliance with the Reception & Placement contract.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct exit interviews with resettlement clients to ensure appropriate completion of core services and ongoing connections to resources that expedite client community integration.
· Ensure accurate and complete case file documentation through file audits, case note review and coordination with case managers.
· Complete accurate and timely case file reports and serve as the program’s liaison with national partner, HIAS, on case file documentation and reporting requirements.
· Implement the Department’s Policy on Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) by conducting focus groups and client surveys as well as implementing other techniques that elevate client voices and increase opportunities for beneficiary feedback.
· In collaboration with the Resettlement Program Manager and the Case Work Supervisor, train and support program staff to ensure appropriate and timely service delivery and documentation that complies with contract and Department requirements.
· Collaborate with the Resettlement Program Manager and other staff to ensure efficient and appropriate care coordination within the resettlement team and across RIS programming.
· In collaboration with Program and Department leadership, analyze service delivery data, program outcomes and client feedback to guide strategic decisions.
· Complete program reporting as needed agency and funders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years of experience working with refugee and immigrant populations.
· Commitment to improving client and program outcomes through monitoring and evaluation of services, documentation and reporting.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities.
· Experience in providing effective support, training and feedback to a diverse team.
· Excellent communication skills with strong writing, speaking and computer skills required.
· Valid WA State driver’s license, insurance and reliable access to personal vehicle.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet clients needs. Some evening and weekend work required. Overtime may be required during high arrival periods.

Salary and Benefits:
· The starting pay for this position is $23.46 – $26.07/hour.
