CORE is a humanitarian non-profit organization seeking an HR Manager to join its team based in Atlanta. This position will support the organization with its CORE COVID-19 Response in this region. This role will work closely with the Atlanta based headquarters to serve as on the ground contact for HR related support from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, training and offboarding. Qualified applicants should be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring and onboarding needs of field-based COVID-19 Vaccine clinics and mobile units
- Support bi-weekly payroll process
- Maintain strong relationships with site manager, senior leadership in the field and CORE headquarters
- Help resolve any employee relations questions in a fair and consistent manner
- Review staffing across sites, make recommendations and review plans with Site Managers and CORE leadership
- Develop protocols collaboratively with leadership team and respond to challenges as a team
- Develop processes to improve efficiencies, communications and structure for the HR function in the region and with headquarters.
- Perform any other work-related duties if applicable.
Qualifications:
- University degree in relevant Human Resources subjects and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of professional managerial experience.
- Excellent relationship building skills, observation and analysis capacity.
- Strong knowledge of ADP, G-Suite and Microsoft Office (including MS Word, Excel).
- Key understanding of wage and hour laws in region
- Readiness to commit and adhere to the values, mission and vision of CORE.
- Excellent writing, reporting and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language preferable.
- A proven effective, empathetic leader, problem solver with the ability to motivate others.
- Responsive, flexible, motivated, and willing to take responsibility.
- Ability to cope with stress and to adhere to deadlines and respect line management.
- Results oriented with attention to detail and organized way of approaching.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites within region.
