EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Experiences :
- Holder of a Master’s degree
- At least 5 years experience in monitoring or coordinating humanitarian programs, as head of mission, technical or administrative coordinator.
- Proven experience working with an international NGO
- Experience in emergency and security contexts
- Minimum 3 years experience in multicultural team management
- Experience in opening humanitarian projects or programs
Qualities of the candidate :
- Analytical, interpretative, organizational and planning skills
- Ability to create a network of institutional and NGO contacts and to animate it over time
- Calm, excellent stress and cold-blooded management
- Very good communication, conviction and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interest in humanitarian issues
Languages :
- Good level of English (read, written and spoken) is essential.
- Good level of French (read, written, spoken) desired
Salaire
CONDITIONS
Duration and type of contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Taking up a position: As soon as possible
Salary: depending on experience
