EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

Experiences :

  • Holder of a Master’s degree
  • At least 5 years experience in monitoring or coordinating humanitarian programs, as head of mission, technical or administrative coordinator.
  • Proven experience working with an international NGO
  • Experience in emergency and security contexts
  • Minimum 3 years experience in multicultural team management
  • Experience in opening humanitarian projects or programs

Qualities of the candidate :

  • Analytical, interpretative, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to create a network of institutional and NGO contacts and to animate it over time
  • Calm, excellent stress and cold-blooded management
  • Very good communication, conviction and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interest in humanitarian issues

Languages :

  • Good level of English (read, written and spoken) is essential.
  • Good level of French (read, written, spoken) desired

Salaire

CONDITIONS

Duration and type of contract: 12-month fixed-term contract

Taking up a position: As soon as possible

Salary: depending on experience
