Regional Programme Development and Quality (PDQ) Officer
ROLE PURPOSE
The Regional PDQ Officer will contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of high-quality programmes and evidence-based approaches in accordance with Save the Children’s regional priorities. The post-holder will provide support to the regional and country offices in the Latin America and Caribbean Region to:
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and development across the region
- Support development and implementation of regional programmes and initiatives
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Evidence of analytical ability.
- Experience in research, data collection, curation and presentation of information.
- Experience in providing programme support, experience of working within a complex, matrix organisational structure, with knowledge in management and learning.
- Report writing, editing and translating expertise.
- Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles including
rights-based approaches - Willingness to travel.
- Culturally sensitive, with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including
listening, influencing and negotiation. - Fluent English and Spanish (French a plus), with high level English writing skills
