The Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre (ADPC) is implementing the World Bank-financed multi-year program on Climate Adaptation and Resilience for South Asia (CARE) (the “Project”), which aims to create an enabling environment for climate-resilient policies and investments across South Asia. ADPC has its headquarters located in Bangkok, Thailand now invites quotations for the “Computer and Related Equipment” for Regional Cooperation described in Annex 1 Purchaser’s Requirements, attached to this RFQ. This RFQ is subject to the World Bank Procurement Regulations dated 24 November 2020.
Clarifications
Any clarification request regarding this RFQ may be sent in writing or email to Asian Disaster Preparedness Center and email [email protected] before 25 December 2020, 5 p.m. Bangkok time. The Purchaser will forward copies of its response through email to all Bidders including a description of the inquiry but without identifying its source.

How to apply
Submission of Quotation
- The Quotation shall be delivered no later than 10 a.m. (Bangkok time) on 5 January 2021 to Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC). Any Quotation received after the deadline prescribed in this paragraph will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.
- Quotations in hardcopy shall be submitted in the forms attached in Annex 2 to below address.

- Quotations submitted as email attachments shall be in the form of scanned non- editable images and shall be sent to ‘[email protected]’.
- Each Bidder shall submit only one Quotation
- Currency of quotation shall be quoted in Thai Baht
- The Quotation shall remain valid for the period of 30 days after the deadline for submission of quotations
- The quoted price shall include taxes, duty, inland transportation, insurance and costs incidental to delivery of the goods to their final destination. The quoted price shall be fixed for the duration of contract.
- The bidder may withdraw its Quotation after submission, provided that written notice of the withdrawal is received by the Purchaser prior to the deadline for submission. No Quotations shall be modified after the deadline for submission of Quotations specified. Withdrawal of a quotation between the deadline for submission of quotation and expiration of the validity may result in ineligibility of the bidder.
- The Bidder shall prepare one original of the documents comprising the quotation. In addition, the bidder shall also submit 02 copies. In the event of any discrepancy between the original and the copies, the original shall prevail. The original and each copy of the Quotation shall be typed or written in indelible ink and shall be signed by a person duly authorised to sign on behalf of the Bidder. The name and position held by each person signing the authorisation must be typed or printed below the signature. Any interlineations, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialled by the person(s) signing the Quotation.
