If you wish to submit a bid in response to this RFP, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures described in this RFP, and submit it by the bid submission deadline presented in the data sheet.
Your bid, including a technical bid and a financial bid (password protected), in separate documents, must be submitted in accordance with Section 2.
