Overview :

We kindly invite you to submit your quotation in MKD, VAT excluded under RfP 100-2021 for Campaign “16 Days of Activism to End Violence against Women and Girls” under the global theme ‘Orange the World: END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN NOW” as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 3. 

 

Pre-tender and consultative meeting will be organized on 23 September 2021 at 11h in the UN/UNDP outdoor premises. Interested agencies should report their presence  latest by COB 22 September 2021 at: [email protected] and [email protected] (current COVID-19 protocols will be implemented).

Quotations may be submitted on or before October 14, 2021 by 11:00am via dedicated email: [email protected]

PLEASE NOTE THAT FINANCIAL OFFER MUST BE SEPARATLY ATTACHED, password protected.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline.  Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
