- Bidders should refer to Section 2 of the Request for Quotation for the detailed instruction
- Deadline for quotation submission: 10 November 2021 (Hanoi time)
- Quotation should be submitted by email to: [email protected]
- Quotations shall be quoted in either US dollars (USD) or Vietnamese dongs (VND) and all-inclusive of costs for taxes, packing, insurance, airfreight, customs clearance and delivery to UNDP Office, 304 Kim Ma street, Ba Dinh district, Ha Noi Viet Nam
- Bidders should refer to the List of documents to be submitted for proposals preparation
- Quotation shall remain valid for 90 days from the deadline for the Submission of Quotation
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Request for Quotation with detailed technical requirements in Annex 1 as well as Quotation Submission Forms (Annex 2 & Annex 3) are in the attached files.
