UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 qualified Vietnam based firm/institute/organization for the Provisioning of cabling services for Green One UN House in Hanoi
(Ref. 2-210401)
The objectives of this assignment:
The Green One UN House at 304, Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi, Viet Nam is currently hosting 15 UN Agencies. Currently, GOUNH IT system is using a network cabling from 2014 and GOUNH will install new IT devices in the network. To integrate device in the network successfully, the network cabling system should be checked and maintained if needed.
The Green One UN House in Hanoi is seeking an IT service provider that can provide a stable cabling system for whole GOUNH with minimum signal loss.

- A pre-proposal conference will be held at 2.30 pm, Tuesday 13 April 2021 at 304 Kim Ma Street, Hanoi. Participation by Bidders in this pre-proposal conference is strongly recommended. If you are able to attend this conference, please send your registration to: [email protected].
- Quotations shall be quoted in Vietnamese dongs (VND) and inclusive of VAT and other applicable indirect taxes
- Bidders should refer to the List of documents to be submitted for Technical and Financial proposals preparation.
