Duration: This consultancy will be for a period of eleven and a half (11.5) months.

Start date: Tentatively June 1, 2021.

Location: Remote work with core working hours established by Salesforce Technical Product Owner, based on project activities and locations.

Reporting to: Salesforce Technical Product Owner.

Academic Degrees required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent.

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of five years’ experience working in Salesforce platform (Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud and Not for Profit Cloud).
• Experience of working in payment gateways/aggregators and CMS (Drupal) will be a plus.
• Experience of working in integration middleware (Azure, Mulesoft and others) will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Has the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience of Business process modeling.
• Ability to coordinate with implementation partners, developers, and business partners in providing solution suggestions.
• Experience of project and software delivery lifecycles including scoping, design, development, testing, training.
• Industry qualifications in Salesforce platform (Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder) is required. Experience of Digital marketing is a plus.

Other Skills and Qualifications:

• Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an asset.

Visa requirement:

With the exception of the US Citizens, G4 Visa and Green Card holders, should the selected candidate and his/her household members reside in the United States under a different visa, the consultant and his/her household members are required to change their visa status to G4, and the consultant’s household members (spouse) will require an Employment Authorization Card (EAD) to be able to work, even if he/she was authorized to work under the visa held prior to switching to G-4.
