We are hiring a new Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing Human Resources department!  This Senior Analyst would manage production support, process improvements, and system maintenance of the Samaritan’s Purse Human Resource Management and Information System (HRIS), PeopleSoft.  Also, responsible for the functional areas of systems management and support include Core HR, Applicant Tracking/Recruiting, Comp/Benefits, Learning Management, Absence Management, and Timekeeping. Position Overview:

  • Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
  • Must bring a strong understanding of  PeopleSoft HRIS platforms and sytems design, structure, functions, and processes, and experience with database tools.
  • Analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems and recommend/implement process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and configuration changes and/or major variations from established configuration.
  • Configure system settings and options to meet business requirements and liaise with stakeholders to provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing HR solutions that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Provide overall project management as needed. Use project management and collaboration skills in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. Work with HR functional leads, and IT to create and update road map.
  • Work closely with the HR Assistant Director to perform audit reviews, mass upload changes, and additional systems support as needed. 
  • Manage HR Helpdesk, review all submitted cases, solve case, or assign case to appropriate functional HR team member and continually develop and leverage FAQs.
  • Manage the review, project planning, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches and collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
  • Work with HR subject matter experts to support, lead implementation to work streams, and help make processes more efficient.
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools and assist in development of standard/custom reports and dashboards for ongoing customer needs. 
  • Assist in the development of end-user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Assist learning & development team with training end-users on new processes and functionality. 
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on PeopleSoft product and service updates, delivery, and support, and apply key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques.
