We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Senior Producer to join our internal Broadcast Departmentt! This Producer will conceptualizes, develop, create, write, and produce broadcast quality video and audio productions including promotional spots, features, news magazine style stories, commercials, public service announcements, direct response spots, programs, project videos, marketing video presentations and other productions resulting in the promotion of the ministry. If you are searching more than just a job, but a Career with lasting impact, come see how we accomplish that!

Overview:

• Must maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Conceptualizes, writes, directs, and produces, in final form, videos, overviews, promos, direct-response spots, news pieces, documentary-style stories, fulfillments, PSAs, 30-/60-minute broadcast quality programs, and other writing and producing projects.
• Assists Creative Director in supervising Producers and Associate Producers on special assignments and projects, and provides creative input during the story review process.
• Provides staff and freelance Producers with consultation and oversight in all areas of pre- and post-production.
• Communicates the vision on complex or large-scale productions demanding skills and involvement of multiple producers and video professionals.
• Assists producers in preparing and executing assignments that develop and support the vision. 
• Actively participates in brainstorming sessions and presents different ideas to effectively communicate to new and unreached audiences. 
• Works with Production Manger to schedule, organize crews, and accomplish shoots, interviews, and other duties necessary for pre-production.
• Creatively uses graphics in productions and willingly explores new and more creative ways to add graphics to each production.
• Works effectively with other departments, organizations, volunteers, and nationals with sensitivity to other races and cultures.
• Liaises between Broadcast and other departments to make sure all information is correct and coincides with other current information released.
• Directs and instructs video crews, talents, and personalities to accomplish the objectives of the video shoot.
• Plans and sets up crusade shoots and performs duties associated with the video taping of crusades and promotion of those events.
