Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Seniour Technical Support Officer to join our team in London, UK.
The role is primarily to enhance productivity of the UK Technical team (UTT) and the Senior Technical team (STT) by ensuring effective and efficient ways of working in line with wider organisational ways of working and productivity tools.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business, international development, public health, or equivalent experience
- INGO experience; knowledge of development issues in Africa and/or Asia
- Experience working at a senior support level preferably within an NGO environment
- Team collaboration and administration experience
- Demonstrable record of providing support across several teams
- Project management and resource management experience
- Operations knowledge and experience, particularly supporting use of policies and process
- Experience and understanding of working in a diverse environment and across cultures especially Asia and Africa
