This position is located in the Manila Office of USAID/Philippines, Mongolia, and Pacific Islands, under the direct line supervision of the Resident Legal Officer (RLO), Foreign Service Officer Direct Hire. The primary focus of this position will be to provide legal advice, research, and counsel on matters of U.S., international and local law in the Philippines and occasionally in Mongolia and the Pacific Islands. The incumbent will also represent the Resident Legal Office at meetings with Mission, Embassy, and Philippine Government officials.
