The Acquisition and Assistance Specialist directly supports the USAID Contracting and Agreement Officer in the entire procurement process leading to the decision-making to award the USAID contractors and recipients. The incumbent will work closely with all USAID staff and provide expert guidance on procurement regulations, on securing full and open competition in the selection of USAID implementing partners.
