T210703 – 01 National Consultant on Monitoring and Evaluation of Climate change adaptation

Overview :

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant on Monitoring and Evaluation of Climate change adaptation (Ref: T210703)   

Objectives: 

The consultant will more specifically be responsible to:

  1. Review national and international best-practices of adaptation M&E frameworks and recommend a shortlist of climate adaptation indicators to systematically monitor the implementation progress of adaptation in close synergy with Viet Nam’s NAP M&E process.

Lead in the specification and design of M&E climate adaptation tracking system for MOT to enforce regular data entries and updates of those indicators from stakeholders into the system (data sources, frequency if inputs, data analytics, reporting and synergies with other climate database available by MONREas a minimum); and

  1. Develop standard operation procedures/M&E handbook and training materials and provide capacity building trainings on the M&E System.
