Location: Remote worldwide, preferred locations: Argentina, Moldova, Romania, Armenia, Senegal, or Kenya.
Start Date: December 2020
Duration: 6 months with possibility of renewal.
Rate: Between U$S 24 – U$S 28 per hour, dependent upon location and experience level of the successful applicant.

What you get to do
● Lead software project teams through the agile implementation process, including sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, retrospectives and grooming sessions.
● Perform technical data analysis for the purpose of usage in software implementations, including import strategies, cleaning, and mapping.
● Define functional and non-functional software requirements together with the product team.
● Create technical documentation, including user and admin guides, training documentation, data dictionaries, etc.
● Conduct quality assurance, including defining testing plans, managing and executing testing processes, and triaging process execution together with the testing team.
The necessary education, skills, and experience
● Experience in a Scrum Master/Project Manager role for at least five years for a software development project (for example: Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification is a plus.
● Demonstrated experience of working in software projects as a team member (for example, QA, Developer, Analyst, etc)
● Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
● Knowledge of software development processes (requirements management, configuration management, development, testing, deployment)
● Proficiency in RDBMS and NOSQL databases.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
● Enthusiastic team player with outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills conducive to team development.
● Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
