Trainee in Communications
Eurogas, the association representing the European gas wholesale, retail and distribution sectors towards the EU institutions, is looking for a trainee to support the association’s EU policy communications work. This traineeship is remunerated. The duration is 6 months with a possibility of extension.
Key tasks:
- Drafting content for Eurogas website, newsletter and social media channels.
- Contributing to social media campaigns.
- Contributing to team meetings with ideas and insights.
- Supporting the work of Eurogas committees as required.
- Following events and engaging via social media with related online conversations.
Profile:
- Relevant qualification in European policy or communications.
- Understanding of and interest in the EU energy landscape – including energy transition technologies and policies.
- Ability to produce clear, engaging content in English.
- Familiar with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics.
- Creative thinker with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Previous experience in relevant field or EU institutions is an asset.
- Eligible to work in the EU.
