Interested candidates should submit his/her Proposals (Technical and Financial) to email: [email protected] indicating the following reference “to conduct the evaluation of Sao Tome and Principe United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) 2017-2021.” by 23/05/2021, 11: 59 pm São Tomé and Príncipe time.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing, or by standard electronic communication to [email protected]. A response in writing or by standard electronic mail will send written copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants.
