Call for Proposal
Submission Deadline. The Concept Notes should be submitted to [email protected]; by 21 November 2021, with the title “Anti-Corruption Grants Programme” and the name of the CSO.
Concept notes received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Language. Concept Notes should be sent in English.
Note: UNDP reserves the right not to fund any proposals arising from this Call for Proposals. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee the allocation of a grant.

ACTION project team shares the full proposal package templates with short-listed/qualified CSOs.

ACTION Project organises pre-proposal meeting on project design for short-listed/qualified CSOs.
Short-listed/qualified CSOs prepare full application form and detailed budgets

Deadline: CSOs send full application forms and budgets to ACTION Project

Evaluation committee evaluate full application forms
26 December 2021
Due diligence exercise will be conducted to ensure CSOs’ operational and delivery capacity. Use the DD templates. A full report should be produced.

Presentation of shortlisted proposals to the donor

Final selection of the CSOs and get project board members approval via email/get signature through DocuSign.
31 December 2021
Micro-capital grant agreements will be signed between UNDP/DRR (Programme) and CSOs to enable CSOs to start implementing their activities
2 January 2022
CSOs starts the implementation of grants
ORIENTATION SESSIONS
ACTION Project will hold orientation sessions for interested applicants as per the timeline mentioned in the table above.
Interested CSOs should confirm their participation in orientation sessions by sending their details (National ID Card/Passport number, full name, organisations name, position, telephone number and email address) to [email protected]; in between 8 and 14 November 2021.
This orientation session is not mandatory for applicants. It will provide potential applicants an introduction to the ACTION Project priorities and to the expectations from the Call for Proposals. It will also offer a platform to discuss about innovations and community-needs analysis as well as ask all questions and obtain clarifications as needed.

Potential applicants are also invited to send their questions directly to [email protected]; with the following email subject “Q&A/CALL FOR PROPOSALS”. Answers for all the questions (and short summary of orientation session) will be published as an attachment to this Call for Proposals and send to all participants of orientation sessions.
