(pdf – 510k)The USAID Development Assistance Specialist (Development Partnership Advisor) serves in USAID/India’s high-profile Indo-Pacific Office (IPO) and reports to the IPO Director or his/her designee. The incumbent serves as the Mission’s recognized technical lead and subject matter expert on building development partnerships for trilateral cooperation and supporting proactive donor engagement to achieve shared goals for a free and open Indo-Pacific region. S/he supports USAID’s work to enhance our partnership with the Government of India (GOI)’s Development Partnership Administration (DPA) in support of our mutual aims in the Indo-Pacific and beyond.
