Program Manager, Health Financing, Burkina Faso

• Master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in a demanding private sector or public health environment, such as strategy consulting, or managing complex technical projects, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership
• Fluency in both English and French required
• Strong management skills and a passion for coaching and supporting the growth of team members
• Self-starter with demonstrated experience launching new projects or initiatives
• Ability to build consensus among multi party diverse groups
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities in remote settings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment, be effective, and thoughtful in high-pressure situations
• Excellent relationship management skills, including experience building and managing government relationships
• Excellent organizational and management skills, including time management and project management
• Strong quantitative, presentation, and writing skills, including fluency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong work ethic, humility, integrity, and dedication to CHAI’s mission
