Experience / Training
- Master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in a demanding private sector or public health environment, such as strategy consulting, or managing complex technical projects, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership
- Fluency in both English and French required
- Strong management skills and a passion for coaching and supporting the growth of team members
- Self-starter with demonstrated experience launching new projects or initiatives
- Ability to build consensus among multi party diverse groups
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities in remote settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment, be effective, and thoughtful in high-pressure situations
- Excellent relationship management skills, including experience building and managing government relationships
- Excellent organizational and management skills, including time management and project management
- Strong quantitative, presentation, and writing skills, including fluency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong work ethic, humility, integrity, and dedication to CHAI’s mission
Advantages:
