Summary of position:
Job Resume: Under the direction of the CSDPDH Ops Manager, this officer will lead and supervise established CSDP human resources processes and procedures on behalf of a network of client missions. This officer will provide advice and guidance to Heads of Mission (“HOMs”), Management Consular Officers (“MCOs”) and Program Managers (“PMs”) in client Missions on HR processes related to Staffing, Recruitment, Classification and related HR advice and guidance.

 

Essential qualifications:
Mandatory Screening Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized Institution.
Language: A superior command of English & Hindi is essential both orally and in writing.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience post qualification in a Human Resources Section of an Indian or international organization or Foreign/diplomatic mission in all of the areas mentioned below:
• Experience in managing and handling the talent acquisition, recruitment and selection process for diverse positions across the organization.
• Experience in managing and supervising a team.
• Experience in researching, analysing and providing briefings and written reports to management and/or clients.
Computer Skills: MS-Office, HR software

The appointment of the successful candidate will be subject to a Reliability Check (RC) obtained by the Management. To conduct the Reliability Check (RC), the candidate will have to submit the following documents on being selected by the mission.
• Police clearance certificate (Character Certificate)
• Letter of recognition from your bank stating your name, years of client service and your address
• Professional and educational certificates and mark sheets (i.e., academic transcripts)
