Position description

Founded in 1819, Norwich University is the oldest private military college in the country and the birthplace of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). Today we are a diversified academic institution that offers undergraduate and graduate degrees and professional certificates to adult learners online and to Corps and civilian lifestyle students on campus.

We are located in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont, only 20 minutes from the state capital, Montpelier, and three hours from Boston or Montreal.

The College of Graduate & Continuing Studies, Norwich University, invites qualified individuals to submit applications for a sessional appointment in the Master of Arts in International Relations program to lead graduate online seminars in International Political Economy and/or International Political Economy of Development. The regional specialization in Latin America is required.

Full COVID vaccination is required for all on-campus employment.

Qualifications

A Ph.D. degree in Political Science, Economics, Political Economy or a related field is required. ABDs will also be considered.

All candidates must be a US Citizen/Permanent Resident legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
