How Can You Make a Difference?

We are currently looking for committed Accounts Assistant and Associates (GS-5 or GS-6 level) in the Financial Management Centre to support our Supply Division in Copenhagen.

Accounts Assistants in the Financial Management Centre in Supply Division are responsible for different finance related tasks for an area of responsibility, contributing to effective financial funds management and timely and accurate financial reporting of transactions, supporting the achievement of partner satisfaction, protecting the interests of UNICEF through effective and efficient use of systems, procedures and processes, and delivering focused customer-service to internal and external stakeholders. The Accounts Assistants are also responsible for preparation of various financial reports/schedules for internal management, external partners and other third parties (in MS Excel, MS Word, SAP). Where applicable, the Accounts Assistant identifies system and process improvements and performs different ad hoc tasks to support the unit, centre and Supply Division.

How do I apply?

UNICEF Supply Division has local rosters for a variety of functions, at different levels. The Rosters are a call for applications for future function-specific opportunities, determined by emerging needs. Rosters are not linked to a current vacancy and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
