*The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Feminist Synergies Lead – Strategy and Feminist Futures Department, Gender Justice Team. The Feminist Synergies Lead will scale up for impact the promotion of gender justice, women’s rights, and feminist approaches, and therefore cantering intersectionality, anti-racism, decolonial models and LGBTIQ+ inclusion and rights–in Oxfam’s action and organizational culture, as per the commitments in the Global Strategic Framework and the Organization Feminist Principles. The post holder will create and/or reinforce synergies and connections with feminist organizations towards common gender justice objectives, with an anti-racist, decolonial and intersectional approach-while supporting organizational change to reflect and live those commitments in Oxfam.

*Who we’re looking for

A passionate and effective feminist, with a consolidated experience and record or achievement advancing gender justice and women’s rights intersectionally, experienced in organizational development knowledge and expertise in fostering feminist ways of working and behaviors. The candidate will need to bring consolidated experience in leading and building synergies and action in women movement and intersectionality. We look forward to hearing from professionals with demonstrable organizational and project management skills, high ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships through a participatory and empowering leadership style. In addition, if you have worked in other similar and complex environment of change, you are the person we are looking for.
