Expériences / Formation
· Minimum 3 years of experience from working as a senior Financial Manager in a humanitarian/recovery context
· Experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
· Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
· Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
· Solid knowledge of computer software and modern accounting systems
· Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
· Valid driver’s license
· Good knowledge of donor regulations
· Detail oriented
· Experience with capacity building of staff
· Knowledge of the context in Mali is an asset
· Able to multitask and organize competing priorities
· Strong ability to ensure financial compliance
Salaire
- Commencement: February 2021
- Duration: 12 months
- Salary/benefits: According to NRC’s general directions and free housing of moderate standard.
- Level: Grade 9 in NRC grade structure
- Duty station: Bamako, with 30% travels to the field.
- An approved health certificate will be requested before the contract starts.
- Please note that Bamako is a non-accompanied duty station
