We have a new opening for an experienced HRIS Manager to join our Human Resources Department!  This manager leads a team of HRIS professionals and collaborates with functional teams and stakeholders throughout the organization to develop, design, implement and maintain technology solutions that support human resource functions and exceptional service delivery.   If you are looking for a career with purpose, apply now!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the evaluation, design, configuration, implementation, testing and maintenance of HR technology solutions.
  • Lead the HRIS analyst and service team to ensure that normal operations are running smoothly including: production support; implementations; upgrades and fixes; system enhancements; documentation of business processes and systems requirements; design of future business processes and systems requirements; building of foundation tables; unit, systems and parallel testing; and creating and maintaining all related documentation.
  • Guide the HRIS analyst and service team to develop and maintain solutions that provide intuitive user experiences, accurate data reporting and operational analytics.
  • Assist with the development of project plans and represent HR during analysis, design and testing phases (test plans and user testing) of HR application projects with IT. Understand business process and opportunities to translate into requirements.
  • Design, implement and champion business process and workflow development, standardization, and implementation. Continually refine the HRIS operating model to ensure support of the organization is effective and efficient.
  • Respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users, including problem resolution, research, and isolation and resolution steps.
  • Maintain end-user relationships and develop and maintain an understanding and up-to-date awareness of business functionality, business systems, industry requirements and technology solutions available.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and transparency by working with the HRIS team to establish project management and communication protocols, with the goal of improving outcomes and ensuring internal customers are kept informed of progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships and partner collaboratively with HR, IT/IS, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholder groups/departments to ensure an effective support model for all users of HR systems.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholder groups to create a shared understanding of the HRIS vision, strategy, priorities, and current status of operations and work in progress.
  • Develop, coach and motivate a team of HRIS professionals.
