Background | ||
OSCE field operations are the front line of the OSCE’s engagement on the ground, supporting host authorities in fulfilling OSCE commitments and implementing a comprehensive approach to security. The OSCE Mission to Skopje is the Organization’s longest-serving field operation working on inter-ethnic relations, early warning, the rule of law, democratic governance and transnational threats and organized crime. Advanced electronic systems and services are essential for full implementation of the OSCE Mission to Skopje’s mandate, with the sole objective of fully meeting the requesting program’s operational requirements, service accessibility and availability, and e-tools to achieve OSCE’s or donor organization’s goals. With the aim to strengthen the ICT Division’s capacity to develop and support multiple electronic systems and services, the Mission is looking to engage an ICT Assistant, Software Development, under a short-term appointment. |

Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
Under the supervision of the National ICT Officer, the short-term ICT Assistant, Software Development, will assist the ICT Section in the day-to-day activities, particularly in relation to maintenance and further development of Mission’s information systems, more specifically:

Remuneration Package | ||
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deductions, is approximately EUR 1,183.00. Social benefits will include participation in the Cigna medical insurance. The engagement is foreseen for a period of around 6 months. |
