Go Kumano is a young company, specialised in pilgrimage: planning and organising pilgrimages and editing pilgrim guides. Our main activities concern pilgrimages in Japan (Kumano Kodo) and Spain (Camino de Santiago), but also in other parts of the world. For the developing of new pilgrim activities in Armenia we are looking for an Armenian speaking person with a good knowledge of the history and the culture of Armenia.
Her/his main taksks will be:
- planning of pilgrimage travels in Armenia,
- contacting Armenian organisations active in the field of incoming tourism,
- translating relevant texts from Armenian into German, English or Dutch
- writing articles for pilgrim guides, the website and facebook page and the specialised press.
- giving a basic course of Armenian to candidate travel guides
Go Kumano will provide accomodation in Ghent and food, offer a course of Dutch language, excursions in Belgium and a salary of 400-800 euro per month, depending of the quantity and quality of the delivered work.
Minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months. Possibility of joining the company as travel guide or representative in Armenia.
