Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse, is searching for a Multimedia Training Associate to serve at IHQ in Boone, NC. Come join an amazing team and help be a part of advancing God’s Kingdom to the nations!

NOTE: This is a part-time, 3 month, temporary position only. 

A day in the life of a Multimedia Training Associate:

At Samaritan’s Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do!  We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe. 

In the role of Multimedia Training Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Supports in the development and maintenance of training resources according to instructional design principles including editing filmed video, recorded audio, and on-screen graphics using a variety of software and equipment
• Edits and publishes video and audio for computer-based training using Adobe Creative Suite products; potential including voiceover narration, transitions, titles, on-screen graphics, and/or effects
• May require a limited amount of travel to collect field footage or shoot on-location
• Supports the Volunteer Relations Team in additional projects related to the overall development of the Operation Christmas Child project as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and all Microsoft applications
• Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, video production
• Team player, positive and flexible attitude
• Detailed and organized

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or Bachelor’s Science (B.S.) in instructional design, communications, or media from a four-year college or university; and one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Location: Boone, NC or Remote

Type:  Part-time, 3 months only

Language Requirement: Fluency in English
