The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. We deliver high-quality aid where needs are greatest. OVERVIEW
NRC is requesting competitive proposals from qualified firms or individual consultants, registered in their respective countries as LTD or Sole-Traders, interested in a consultancy service about Exploring opportunities for programming for NRC in the sector of Livelihoods and Food Security (LFS) in Lebanon.
The main purpose of the evaluation:
a) Improve NRC’s understanding of the coping strategies adopted by refugees and Lebanese below the poverty line in Lebanon and establish determinants of welfare.
b) Provide an overview of the Livelihoods and Food Security (LFS) programming in Lebanon, with focus on those supporting identified key coping strategies.
c) Develop NRC positioning (strategy) on LFS in Lebanon.
d) Contribute to the resource mobilization of the LFS strategy.

Closing date for requesting tender documents is March 14, at 23:00 (24hrs) Beirut Time. All requests after that date will not be considered.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Closing date for submitting the tender is March 16 , at 9:00 (24hrs) Beirut Time. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
